Grade: specialist in the field of System Scienceand informatics
Qualification's level: master, second cycle of higher education
Program duration: 1 year and 10 months in full-time mode (105 ECTS credits)
Entry requirements: first cycle of higher education. On a competitive basis
Study includes:
Theoretical study (70 credits ECTS) for subjects of classroom training (lectures, seminars, laboratory works and practical studies) and independent work of students. Educational program consists of normative part and optional part. Normative part includes humanitarian and socio-economic blocks of subjects (12 credits ECTS), natural block and block of professional subjects. The volume of theoretical training which provides the advanced training for getting the basic quatification as system analyst comprises 44,5 credits ECTS and optional courses — 13,5 credits ECTS
Fulfillment of course works in the disciplines: Mathematic modeling of social processes (1 credit ECTS), Decision making support systems (1 credit ECTS)
Scientific research (7,5 credit ECTS).
Fulfillment of final thesis for master qualification (25.5 credits ECTS)
Credits are awarded to a student in case of successfull assessment of the education course (written/oral tests or exams), positive evaluation of academic year papers. A final state test includes the defence of a master thesis.

Knowledge apply:
The ability to apply general notions and approaches of mathematic analysis to various social problems. Be able to make statements of formal problems when constructing mathematic models and solve them
To be able to formalize decision making problem and construct its model, to choose optimal decision making methods and elaborate software
To form and use knowledge and practice for data gathering methods and their processing as time series. To construct mathematic and statistical models based on the experimental and statistical data
Be able to solve decision making problems in microeconomics. To use fundamentals of macroeconomic systems theory to state and solve macroeconomic problems
To use knowledge in classical and modern symmetrical cryptographical systems and cryptographical protocols in information security systems
The ability to use acquired methods, rules and techniques of analysis, construction, support, testing and control of complex program development based on the existing standards regulating the main program engineering processes
To elaborate software for information systems, to debug and test the created software
To be able to design, construct and support small- to medium- sized computer networks
To use mathematic methods for nonlinear processes analysis, to investigate problems and tasks of interdisciplinary character
Be able to use nonlinear models for mathematic analysis of control and forecasting problems in complex systems
To construct computer information system structure on the basis of input data. Substantiate the type of data base control system and elaborate software for computer information systemStatements forming:
The ability to use the acquired knowledge in professional-profiled courses to solve practical problems cocerning analysis, designing and decision making for complex social and economic systems
