Grade: specialist in the field of System Science
Qualification's level: master, second cycle of higher education
Program duration: 1 year and 10 months in full-time mode (107 ECTS credits)
Entry requirements: first cycle of higher education. On a competitive basis
Study includes:
Theoretical study (71 credits ECTS) for subjects of classroom training (lectures, seminars, laboratory works and practical studies) and independent work of students. Educational program consists of normative part and optional part. Normative part includes humanitarian and socio-economic blocks of subjects (12 credits ECTS), natural block and block of professional subjects. The volume of theoretical training which provides the advanced training for getting the basic quatification as system analystcomprises 46 credits ECTS and optional courses — 13 credits ECTS
Fulfillment of course works in the disciplines: Computational methods for system analysis (1 credit ECTS), Adaptive systems for forecasting and control (1 credit ECTS), System Analysis of World Economy (1 credit ECTS).
Scientific research (7,5 credit ECTS).
Fulfillment of final thesis for master qualification (25,5 credits ECTS)
Credits are awarded to a student in case of successfull assessment of the education course (written/oral tests or exams). A final state test includes the defence of a master thesis.

Knowledge apply:
To use the main computational methods to solve typical problems of system analysis. To make substantiate choise of discritization methods. To use the chosen methods with one of the programming language
To be able to design expert systems, to elaborate software for expert systems, to use methodology for constructing data bases for expert systems
To solve problems of minimizing consequences algorithms construction for different cases/ Investigate and solve various extreme problems on the limited multitudes. To solve uncorrectly stated problems
To be able to choose methods and elaborate algorithms of adaptive control and forecasting on the basis of the mathematical model of the control object dynamics
To use knowledge in classical and modern symmetrical cryptographical systems and cryptographical protocols in information security systems
To choose the strategy for technological systems design and construct system for complex technological system control
The ability to use the acquired methods, rules and techniques of analysis, construction, support, testing and control of complex program development based on the existing standards regulating the main program engineering processes
To use decision methods in the risk and uncertanty situations. Qualitatively estimate risks in real institutional systems
To use mathematic methods for nonlinear processes analysis, to investigate problems and tasks of interdisciplinary character
To construct computer information system structure on the basis of input data. Substantiate the type of data base control system, elaborate software for it
To be able to formalize decision making problem and construct its model, to choose optimal decision making methods and elaborate software
Making judments:
The ability to use professional-profiled knowledge and practical skills in mathematics, physics, system analysis, designing and decision making for complex systems of various nature on the basis of system methodology
The ability to make generalization having interaction of processes with various nature
