Program duration: 4 years in full-time mode (249 ECTS credits)
Entry requirements: secondary school leaving certificate, External Independent Assessment Certificate, in Physics , Mathematics and Ukrainian. On a competitive basis.
Study includes:
Theoretical study (229 credits ECTS) for subjects of classroom training (lectures, seminars, laboratory works and practical studies) and independent work of students. Educational program consists of Normative part and optional part. Normative part includes humanitarian and socio-economic block of subjects, natural block and block of professional subjects. The volume of theoretical training which provides the basic qualification training comprises of 158 credits ECTS. Block of disciplines that provides the advanced training is 50 credits ECTS and optional courses 21 credits ECTS.
Fulfillment of course works in the disciplines: Algorithms construction and analysis 1 credit ECTS), Architecture of computer systems (1 credit ECTS), Data bases and information systems (1 credit ECTS) and Decision making theory(1 credit ECTS).
Passing of 2 training practices: basic training practice (3 weeks, 3,5 credits), and specialized training practice (3 weeks, 3,5 credits ECTS).
Fulfillment of final thesis for bachelor degree (9 credits).
Credits are awarded to a student in case of the successful assessment of the education course (written/oral tests or exams), positive evaluation of academic year papers, positive evaluation of reports on the basic training and specialized practices. A final state tests includes the defence of a bachelor thesis

architectures and protocols in modern local (LAN’s) and global computer networks (WAN’s)/, open systems architecture, reference model OSI/ISO, protocol stack TCP/IP, methods of data transmission in communication networks;

methods of applied statistics and their application for data statistical processing;

fundamentals of modern operational systems development and application;

software designing and testing technologies;
-
architecture, organization of functioning and design of automated information systems;

data base (DB) organization, logical and physical DB structure, DB control systems, search and query languages;

fundamentals of artificial intelligence systems and languages development and their application in decision making systems.
Knowledge apply:
The ability to elaborate problem statements of decision making in industrial and economic systems under uncertainty and risk; to elaborate mathematical models of optimal decision making in micro-and macroeconomic systems
The ability to apply mathematical optimization methods in decision-making in macroeconomics and financial sphere
The abilities and skills to elaborate algorithms of optimal decision making and search of the best compromise decisions in multi criteria problems
The skills to carry out system analysis of objects and systems, to choose criteria, constraints and factors while elaborating models of systems, to fulfill input data and output variables statistical processing
The ability to solve forecasting problems in economic and financial sphere
The ability to elaborate data and knowledge bases, to design logical and physical structure of data bases, to choose data bases control systems
The ability to choose structure of local and global computer networks, to choose the corresponding protocols and protocol stacks for local and global networks, to carry out Quality of Service (QoS) analysis in computer networks, to estimate reliability and survive ability of computer networks; to choose addresses masks for networks structurization
The skills to elaborate software for information systems, decision support systems, expert systems, to debug and test the created software
To utilize the ideas, approaches and methods of artificial intelligence for intellectual data analysis in data warehouses
The ability and skills to design information systems in economical sphere at the different design stages (technical propositions, draft elaboration, technical and work project)
Making judments:
The ability to use professional-profiled knowledge and practical skills in mathematics, physics and computer sciences;
The ability to carry out economic, technical and system analysis of innovative projects
The ability to use professional-profiled knowledge and practical skills to solve practical problems in the sphere of computer science
