Kraievoy A., Timoshenko Y. Combinatorial optimization algorithm for logical interlink structure of decentralized system
The paper proposes formal mathematical model for optimization of logical interlink structure of decentralized system. It is shown that optimization yields structures which are effective in regard to resources spent on logical operations in a provided network environment. Typical restrictions are discussed, especially ones allowing for scalability and robustness of the system under uneven workload. Task complexity analysis is performed, and genetics-based solution is proposed for constructing a feasible approximation.

In this work on the basis of system method we have developed a structural scheme for making general analysis of tourist sphere. We have suggested a scheme for time lines investigation of the main tourist indices on the basis of modern statistical method. Using dynamic line of three star hotel occupation, we have got competitive models and made prognosis, that gave possibility to evaluate the complexity of investigation the indices occupation in Ukrainian hotel economy.
Yaremchuk O.Y., Danylov V.Y. System planning tourist sphere development in Ternopilskyi region
In this work, using peculiarities of direct and reverse processes of system planning, the scenario of future development of tourist sphere is suggested, on the example of Ternopilskiy region. A combined process of planning is used to examine the interaction between different actors, which influence upon future of tourist sphere of the region. The objects of every actor, probable future scenarios, difficulties, which are connected with the achievement of eligible scenarios, are examined.

In this work we suggest developing a system of support and taking decisions on the regional level for resolving analysis tasks of functioning, prognostication and determining the desirable state of the tourist development, taking Ternopil region as an example this will give us possibility to resolve the analysis tasks of the state in tourist sphere on the ground of existent statistical report, getting quantitative and qualitative models, prognostication, operating different quantitative and qualitative methods, choosing the best criterion among others to achieve the best results ( alternative ).
