The paper proposes the method of analyzing some properties of context-free grammars with a help of Petri net. This method, in particular, enables to analyze the emptiness and finiteness of language, generated by given CF-grammar, using coverability tree of the respective Petri net. Additionally, the proposed method can be applied to form some necessary conditions for given string to be generated by CF-grammar within matrix state equation of the Petri net.

We propose a new axiomatics for a locally compact hypergroup. On the one hand, the new object generalizes a DJS-hypergroup and, on the other hand, it allows to obtain results similar to those for a unimodular hypecomplex system with continuous basis. We construct a harmonic analysis and, for a commutative locally compact hypergroup, give an analogue of the Pontryagin duality theorem.

A system approach to estimation of guaranteed safe operation of complex engineering systems is proposed. The approach is based on timely and reliable detection, estimation, and forecast of risk factors and, on this basis, on timely elimination of the causes of abnormal situations before failures and other undesirable consequences occur. The principles that underlie the strategy of the guaranteed safety of CES operation provide a flexible approach to timely detection, recognition, forecast, and system diagnostic of risk factors and situations, to formulation and implementation of a rational decision in a practicable time within an unremovable time constraint.
